About two weeks ago, I opened up “shop” on This Reading Mama! This was an exciting move for many reasons. As we have launched the store, emails have arrived with questions. Most every question fits nicely into this collection of FAQ, which I plan on answering in this post. I hope that it will be a helpful resource to you.
How do I see what you have available in your shop?
There are a few ways you can do this:
1. You can type this URL directly into your browser: www.thisreadingmama.com/shop
2. From the homepage, click on “shop” at the top of the page, as shown in the image above.
3. Or, click on the image that says, “Shop at our Brand New Store!” on the right side of my blog.
My shop looks like this once you’re there.
The products in available in my shop are {in random order}:

How do I purchase something from your shop?
In my shop, or sometimes within an article or post, you will see a bright pink rectangle under a product that says Add to Cart. If you click on that button, it will put the product in your cart.
Once you have clicked the button, the link should “View Cart–>” will pop up. If you click on it, you can view your cart. If for some quirky reason, “View Cart–>” does not pop up, you can also scroll back up to the top of my blog and click on “Cart”, like you see in the 1st screenshot image on this post. You can view what’s in your cart there.
How do I pay for my product?
Once you have the products you’d like to purchase, click “Proceed to Checkout”.
Enter your first and last name and your email address. This information is only seen by me and is NEVER used for any other purpose than to track my orders. For example, if something happens and your product doesn’t arrive in your email inbox, I can use your email to track the order to see what happened.
You have two options for paying: 1- with PayPal or by credit card. If you pay via credit card, it is still under the umbrella of PayPal and will work, even if you don’t have a PayPal account.
How do I download the product I just bought?
Once you have clicked “Place Order”, you will receive a couple of emails. One from PayPal {even if you paid by credit card} and one that has the download links.
If, for some reason, your download link does not arrive, check your spam/junk box FIRST before contacting me please. The setting on your email dictate what arrives in your inbox and what goes to spam, so check there first.
Once you have your download email, click on the link(s) under the word “Product”, as seen in the image above. Please note that you can only download the links once per purchase.
Be sure to download and save ALL the links in one sitting. Downloading two links and then coming back 3 hours later to download the others can cause issues. And when you download the links, note where you save them on your computer or device! 
PLEASE NOTE: You have 5 DAYS to download your links or they will EXPIRE. Once you have the download email, it is your responsibility to download them within 5 days. As much as I love making and selling products, I simply don’t have enough time to re-send download links if you do not download them within 5 days.
Does this mean your free stuff is going away?
Absolutely NOT! Most of the things you’ll find on This Reading Mama are free. I just have several products for sale. Most have extra goodies that you can’t find for free. My printables and products can all be viewed HERE on one page.
